Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipments
1.1 The delivery of the products will be carried out through external shipping companies and/or by self-collection from the Company, in accordance with the options detailed on the Website.
1.2 The delivery dates will be calculated from the date of confirmation of the transaction by the credit card company and/or the relevant means of payment.
1.3 The Company will act to deliver the Products on the dates set on the Website. However, there may be delays due to external factors beyond the Company's control, including force majeure, Strikes, customs delays, logistical malfunctions at shipping suppliers, and the like. In such cases, the User will have no claim and/or demand and/or claim against the Company.
1.4 The Shipping Fee will be applied to the User and will be paid at the time of the Order, unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Self-collection
2.1 The User may collect the Products independently from the Company's offices, to the extent that this option exists and appears on the Website.
2.2 Self-collection will be done by prior arrangement only and during the business hours that will be published on the Website.

3. Cancellation of a transaction and return of products
3.1 Cancellation of a transaction will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations enacted pursuant thereto.
3.2 A User may cancel a transaction within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of the disclosure document, whichever is later.
3.3 The cancellation notice will be given to the Company in writing by email: icezonepro@gmail.com or any other means of communication appearing on the Website.
3.4 Cancellation of a transaction obliges the User to return the Product intact, sealed in its original packaging, and not used at all.
3.5 In the event of lawful cancellation, the Company will refund to the User the consideration paid, less the cancellation fee at the rate prescribed by law (up to 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100 – whichever is lower).

4. Products that cannot be returned
4.1 Products made specifically to order cannot be returned.
4.2 Products that have been used or opened in their original packaging cannot be returned in a manner that compromises their value.
4.3 Products sold on sale or liquidation may be excluded from the Returns Policy, as

expressly stated on the Site.

5. Return of defective
products 5.1 In case of a defective product or non-conformity to the order, the User must notify the Company within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
5.2 The Company will examine the inquiry and, if necessary, allow the replacement of the product or a full refund, including shipping charges paid.

6. Credits and refunds 6.1
A refund will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation notice, and in the same manner in which the payment was made, unless otherwise agreed with the User.
6.2 The Company reserves the right to deduct from the refund any additional costs incurred by it as a result of the return of the product, subject to the provisions of the law.
