The Ice Zone Pro website (hereinafter: "the Site") is operated and managed by P.H.S. Crystal Ltd., C.P. 517172417 (hereinafter: "the Company").
Use of the Site is subject to these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "the Terms and Conditions"). Entering the Site, browsing it, or performing any action through it constitutes full and unconditional agreement to the terms and conditions of the Terms and Conditions. A user who does not agree to these terms and conditions is asked to refrain from using the Site.
1. Definitions
In this document:
"User" - any person and/or entity that makes any use of the Site.

"Products" - equipment for ice hockey, figure skating, rollerblades, and any other product offered for sale on the Site.

"Services" - any ancillary service provided by the Company through the Site.

2. Use of the Site
2.1 Use of the Site is intended for the purpose of purchasing products, receiving information about them, and communicating with the Company.
2.2 The User undertakes to use the Site in accordance with the provisions of Israeli law and these Terms and Conditions, and not to make any improper use, including:
Use that is contrary to law or the Terms and Conditions.

3. Purchases and orders

3.4 Payment will be made by the means detailed on the Site. Completion of the order is conditional on valid transaction confirmation by the credit card company/payment method.
3.5 Delivery of the products will be made in accordance with the shipping policy that appears on the Site, and subject to full payment.
4. Cancellations and returns
4.1 Cancellation A transaction will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations established by virtue thereof.
4.2 A user may cancel a purchase subject to the law, subject to returning the product when it is complete, closed in its original packaging and unused.
4.3 A refund will be made in accordance with the law, minus cancellation fees at the rate permitted by law.
5. Liability and limitation of liability
5.1 The Company makes efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but there may be errors, inaccuracies or errors, including in prices, product descriptions and stock availability.
5.2 The Company does not guarantee that use of the Site will be continuous, proper, without interruptions or malfunctions.
5.3 It is clarified that the Company's liability for the products is limited to the manufacturer's liability only, to the extent that it exists. The Company will not be liable for any damage, direct or indirect, caused to the User as a result of use of the Site or the Products.
6. Intellectual Property

8. Jurisdiction and jurisdiction
