Q&A

How to lace up skates correctly?
Correct lacing = comfort, stability and fewer injuries.
Important steps:
Start from the bottom and gradually move up – make sure the laces are tight but not suffocating.

In the ankle area – wrap twice around the hook or tongue.

Finishing knot – a double knot with the tip inward so as not to get caught on a knife or in your feet.

Tip: Hockey shoes are designed to be tight – do not leave a “shoe gap”.
