Shipping & Returns Policy
1. Shipments
1.1 The delivery of the products will be carried out through external shipping companies and/or through self-collection from the company, in accordance with the options detailed on the site.
1.2 The delivery dates will be calculated from the date of approval of the transaction by the credit card company and/or the relevant payment method.
1.3 The company will work to deliver the products on the dates set out on the site. However, there may be delays resulting from external factors beyond the control of the company, including force majeure, strikes, customs delays, logistical malfunctions with shipping providers, and the like. In these cases, the user will not have any claim and/or demand and/or claim against the company.
1.4 The shipping fees will apply to the user and will be paid at the time of ordering, unless otherwise expressly stated.
2. Self-collection
2.1 The user may collect the products independently from the company's offices, to the extent that this option exists and appears on the site.
2.2 Self-collection will be carried out by prior arrangement only and during the operating hours that will be published on the site.
3. Cancellation of a transaction and return of products
3.1 Cancellation of a transaction will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations established by virtue thereof.
3.2 A user may cancel a transaction within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of the disclosure document, whichever is later.
3.3 The cancellation notice will be delivered to the company in writing via email: icezonepro@gmail.com or by any other means of contact that appears on the site.
3.4 Cancellation of a transaction requires the user to return the product when it is complete, closed in its original packaging, and has not been used in any way.
3.5 In the event of a lawful cancellation, the company will refund the user the consideration paid, less cancellation fees at the rate stipulated by law (up to 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS - whichever is lower).
4. Non-Returnable Products
4.1 Products that are specially made to order cannot be returned.
4.2 Products that have been used or have been opened from their original packaging in a way that affects their value cannot be returned.
4.3 Products sold on sale or in a liquidation may be excluded from the returns policy, as expressly stated on the site.
5. Return of defective products
5.1 In the event of a defective product or a mismatch with the order, the user must notify the company within 7 days of receiving the product.
5.2 The company will review the request and, if necessary, will allow a replacement of the product or a full refund, including shipping costs paid.
6. Credits and Refunds
6.1 Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, and in the same way as the payment was made, unless otherwise agreed with the user.
6.2 The company reserves the right to deduct from the refund any additional costs incurred due to the return of the product, subject to the provisions of the law.
